I Am Slaughter

This is the first book in the Warhammer 40K series The Beating Arises. We continually change perspective from chapter to chapter between the Space Marines fighting some xenos on a planet and the High Lords of Terra and their council, where they deal with politics. In general, I liked the book, but the politics part was really good. It actually made me want to read a Warhammer book that is mainly focused on politics.
